Sales service:

Sale Manager will be assigned with overall responsibility for each order to follow up the order from the beginning to the end. The manager will be taking care of following fields:

 

 

– To ensure the machine meet customer’s requirements.

– To follow up the order progress.

– To compile the ex-work report and technical documents, logistics,

– To install & debug the equipment and to offer training to the operators.

The job does not finish until the machines are handed over to the customers. During the whole process, the manager shall report the order progress in time to the customers.

 

 

After-sales service:

We provide excellent service to our customers adhering to the aim of customer satisfaction.

1. We ensure one year warranty, life-long service and provide technical support free of charge within or after warranty.

2. We provide 24-hour customer hotline service. Professional technical answer customers question(s). We reply within 1 hour after receiving feedback from customer.

3. Professional technical serviceman will go to the site if the problem can not be solved over the phone call. And they are not allowed to leave until the problem is solved.

4. Within the warranty period, we provide repair services for free (Excluding force major damage and artificial damage). After the warranty period, we only charge cost of the required materials.

5. We have spare parts stock available for our customers

6. We will archive documents such as commercial documents, technical documents, ex-factory records, maintenance records, repair records etc of each machine or in our system to provide better and faster service to every customer.
